Nowadays, human beings are confronted with lots of existential issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, anger and obsessive thought. As a therapist who got his PhD in counselling from Iran; I love to build up and maintain my therapeutic alliance with the clients who deal with the issues and are planning to improve their mental health. I know that therapeutic relationship is a journey, in which the client and therapist, as co-travelers go ahead step by step throughout therapy sessions.
As a therapist who like humanistic relationship, I will do my best to improve my client’s mental health, through utilizing the method of CBT, PCT, ACT, and DBT. Moreover, I do Group therapy, couple therapy, family therapy, Marriage Counselling, psychoeducation and facilitating workshops in person/on zoom.
