Real estate isn’t just a career for Melody, it’s become her (and her family’s) way of life.
“Passion” is the word Melody used when asked to describe what she feels marshalling along a real estate transaction. Buying or selling a home can be a momentous affair in people’s lives, and Melody understands the gravity of it. For this reason, she promises to be an excellent communicator and is readily available to her clients to answer questions or ease concerns. She also speaks Farsi.

Having grown and lived her entire life in San Diego, Melody is connected to this community and knows it well. She attended San Diego State University and earned her degree in finance. After graduating, she began working in her family’s 30+ year established real estate business. Melody was mentored by her father, Masoud Riazati, a former commercial pilot and real estate broker. He was one of the top real estate agents/brokers in the country [1989-2017], a “CIPS” certified international property specialist in 2016 by National Association of Realtors, Re/Max International Hall of Fame inductee, served two terms NAHREP’s national Corporate Board of Governors (CBOG), Co-founder, Co-
producer and Co-director of first Iranian all sports hall of fame (Talare Mashahir, https://talaremashahir.com/) the most historical sport event in the Iranian Sports.)
