In my twenty two years of legal practice, I have negotiated and litigated the full spectrum of disputes that occur in financially sophisticated divorces and contested custody cases. As a child of divorce, my personal mission is to navigate clients towards their post-divorce lives with dignity, respect, and fairness. I am a 2002 Cornell Law School graduate with a concentration in business law, as well a former business litigator at Reed Smith. I am trained in multiple negotiation tactics and also hold a B.A. in psychology from UC Berkeley. With my unique background, I am able understand complex business issues, the stakeholders' often unstated goals and emotions, and ultimately generate productive, creative solutions in the division of marital estates and in custody cases. 

I have expertise in working with employees and entrepreneurs of technology companies of all sizes, clients in professional practices, real estate developers, restaurant and bar owners. I have experience with all types of assets including founders’ shares, restricted stock, stock options, carried interest, and general and limited and partnership interests, real estate developments, restaurants and bars.
