Dr. Rashed is an expert orthodontist who has been in the practice of orthodontics for ten years. A son and grandson of physicians, he has always been inspired by the way they were able to make a difference in their patients’ lives. Dr. Rashed believes that healthcare professionals have the ability to enhance their patients’ quality of life, whether by alleviating their pain or giving them a beautiful smile.

It’s a point of principle for Dr. Rashed that all of his patients are treated like family so they are relaxed the second they walk through the door of the clinic. He also wants to make sure there are no surprises or miscommunications between him and his clients, so he fully briefs each person on what to expect.

Education and Continuing Education

After completion of his general dentistry (DDS, Iran), Dr. Rashed obtained his orthodontic specialty certifications in both Iran (MSc from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences) and Canada (the University of Toronto). He is honored to be a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCD(C)) and hold official recognition as a certified orthodontist.

Trained in a top Iranian dental school and an internationally recognized orthodontics program in Canada, Dr. Rashed was fortunate to treat several orthodontic and orthopedic cases that ranged from interceptive treatment in children to the most complicated cases requiring comprehensive orthodontics and orthognathic surgery.
