Please pay attention to the followings regarding booking and contacting the clinic:

- Walk-in appointments for patients who are covered under BC MSP.

-Walk-in appointments are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis at the time of the opening of the clinic. 

-If you are calling regarding lab results, lab requisitions or prescriptions please visit our clinic located at 2773 Barnet Hwy. Our front desk staff are not allowed to discuss lab results or medical concerns over the phone. You may also email us at info@novamedicalcentre.ca for non-medical quesitons.

-Due to concerns of privacy, confidentiality and medical errors, we will not be able forward any medical questions to our physicians via email.

-Please be advised, that we will not be able to book appointment via email.

-If you require the doctor to look at any photos or forms they must be sent the same day as your appointment. No forms will be accepted if you do not have an appointment.
