For nearly three decades, Debbie (she’s a first name type of person) immaculately managed the staff and operations of Norris of Houston, one of Houston and the Galleria district’s most prominent and successful salons.

Always keen to stay current, Debbie never left the floor and maintained both a client list and cutting-edge styling techniques. With such vast and market-specific experience, it was just a matter of time before Debbie ventured into ownership. She jumped at the chance to acquire Kharisma Hair Studio early this year and is delighted with her decision.
She is energized by the wonderful clients, the ultra-talented staff, and the location. Debbie is insistent on retaining all the special qualities that Kharisma clients expect, but she also has exciting plans to further improve the salon and the salon experience for clients.
