Welcome to my Psychotherapy Practice in Irvine, California. I am dedicated to helping people form healthy, productive, and satisfying lives and relationships. I understand it might be difficult for some people to make a decision about seeking professional help from a psychologist. Sometimes, people who are trying as hard as they can to get through a rough time — family troubles, relationship issues, depression or problems in school — find that they just can't cope by themselves. They may be feeling sad, angry, or overwhelmed by what's been happening, and need help sorting out their feelings, finding solutions to their problems, or just feeling better. That is when I can help. I provide a welcoming environment designed to assist individuals as they negotiate the often unique and difficult challenges and transitions they encounter during difficult times.
