Hi! I’m Sama, your friendly and passionate personal trainer from the vibrant city of Vancouver. I bring over 15 years of experience to the table, but I'm not just any fitness instructor—I’m here to make a real impact!

I was born and raised in Tehran and I ran the renowned 'Samasize Gym Studio' in the Qeytarieh Neighbourhood,Tehran. My programs have become a hub where many have transformed their lives, especially through my specialized weight loss classes.

Having expanded my expertise internationally, I hold the GROUP EXERCISE LEADER (GEL) certificate from MEFITPRO in Dubai, and I'm also certified as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach and Specialist in BodyBuilding by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in the USA, plus multiple Sport and exercise certifications from Iran's Ministry of Sport and Youth.

Here in Vancouver, I’ve introduced something truly unique—my "Cardio Dance with a Persian Twist" classes. They’re a vibrant blend of culture and cardio, and they're a first in the city! You can join the fun either in-person or online, depending on what suits you best.
