I work with a variety of clients, including companies involved in oil and gas exploration, franchise and retail and mining and technology.

My transactional experience includes advising clients on M&A transactions involving asset and share transactions, joint venture arrangements and compliance with securities legislation and exchange policies.

I also have experience advising clients on both private and public equity and debt offerings and financing transactions.

I have robust experience advising on franchise transactions and have acted for franchisors and franchisees on M&A transactions involving franchisors and matters relating to franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, area development agreements and master franchise agreement.
