Sam’s practice concentrates in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including premises liability, product liability, and catastrophic injury.

Sam after obtaining his Engineering Degree in Material Science attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada—Las Vegas.

After law school, Sam served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan W. Scann of the Eighth Judicial District Court-Business Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a law clerk in one of only five Business Civil Courts in Nevada, he assisted Judge Scann with handling a docket of the complex business and civil cases, including the ligation and jury trials of the catastrophic injuries, product liability, consumer law, shareholder  derivative actions, eminent domain, legal malpractice , class actions, and mergers.

He is also fluent in Farsi. Sam is an active member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Nevada Justice Association (NJA), American Inns of Court, Howard D. McKibben Chapter, American Bar Association (ABA), Clark County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
