I have always had a passion for sports and have been an athlete all of my life , which has led me to dedicate myself to fitness and health.
I believe in hard work and education . I received my Nasm certification and I’m Trx & functional training certified.
I train athletes and successful business people , both men and women.
I believe that people can achieve what they aspire to as long as they have a right minded without perceived barriers or tunnel vision.
My calling is to share my knowledge with others , while helping change their lives for the better ,and, in many cases, save lives.
