Ghazaleh Modarresi is a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group, and a member of Burke’s Workplace Investigations team.

Ghazaleh provides employers advice and counsel on day-to-day labor and employment-related issues. She works closely with her clients to develop appropriate strategies to avoid litigation and minimize potential exposure in the area of employee relations and helps clients identify and avoid employment-related problems before they occur.

Ghazaleh provides practical advice and counsel on wage-and-hour issues, leaves of absence, accommodation of disabilities, preparation and implementation of employment policies, advice on employee hiring, discipline and separations, and managing and/or conducting workplace investigations and trainings.
