My name is Fatemeh, but you can call me Fatima. I started doing yoga in 2015 in Thailand without going to class or having a teacher. At first, I chose the Ashtanga style because of my abilities and interest. Ashtanga style focuses more on aerobic, vigorous exercises – also known as Power Yoga. After 6 years of doing yoga, I got my 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training certificate (Hatha Vinyasa) from Omology yoga studio in November 2021. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) on the Yoga Alliance website. Rally Welcome to my website all who are interested in achieving a flexible body and inner peace.
