Amir is the Principal and Managing Broker of Welwyn Mortgage. Amir graduated from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a degree in Urban Land Economics. He has over a decade of experience in private mortgage lending, real estate development, and finance. 

Amir manages Welwyn's mortgage portfolio, administers files, underwrites new deals, and maintains relationships with the broker community. He's fanatical about customer service and aims to provide both borrowers and brokers with services unmatched in the industry. We don't work in luxurious offices or employ a large staff. We are a small company who believes in frugality and being able to pass those savings off to our clients. We believe in putting our head down and behaving credibly every day.
